I tried to return but you have to pay to send it back and it has to be mailed back to China with no tracking or anything. All that came in the package was the headphone piece and a white box that contains the charging cable, a pair of orange/red earplugs, and an instructions book. lego dots darth vader As noted, the earbuds themselves are plastic, which make them light and allow for a secure fit, but a little more premium material in this area would have been a nice touch.
