I know some have said because the microphone is quite distant they were having some issues. It sucks I have to wait until it ships, but I know how to charge my stuff so it’s not the end of the world lolI’ll update 90 days after I receive the charger, I read the other review about it, we shall see how it fairs :)It looks nicer and waaaay more reasonably priced than those you see in the Apple store, can’t wait to power it up! jtx zenith I have had two pairs of these broken in this way in 9 months and I am someone who very rarely breaks their electronic goods. I bought this so my 4 year old grandson could ride with me. jtx zenith These headphones lasted about 4 months with daily use for virtual school. jtx zenith Also the color faded after two weeks of use, mostly under feet, so cant be seen. A phenomenal unit to have. Very pretty & delicate. jtx zenith but be assured, the sound IS out of this world. But troubleshooting the issue was a little bit of a frustrating process, and that (good) troubleshooting advice from the support team should definitely be in the manual, not buried in an Amazon review comment area.
