There is an elastic band just under the headband of the headphones that helps to keep them on comfortably (I get headaches easily but didnt with these as the headphones were light enough and dont squeeze my head). They fit my ear perfectly and the sound is wonderful. trekology trek z 2.0 pole Too easy to sneak in knock offs.
