I think this is my third 502 now , they are superb. I was initially concerned about getting refurbished headphones but mine connected to Bluetooth perfectly, all of the buttons work, and there is no signs of physical wear on them, so Im really glad I saved $100 going refurbished. gatorade crocs Two stars to the poor Everyday version. Some dummy decided to stop including small-medium-large ear bud covers; so, you get a medium which is essentially too big or too small for most males ears (cannot speak to females) very stupid idiotic cost cutting action, ear loop is now made of hard plastic (again, likely cheaper by a few pennies) and much less forgiving than the earlier/original Plantronics models. gatorade crocs idk what thickness means so i just went with three stars for average thickness???? great value for money. This is the problem with the top piece.
